We are a first of its kind venture firm that seeks to bridge the gap of quasi-private companies and the public markets.
As entrepreneurs we recognize that the world is changing and new opportunities are afoot. Traditional funding models are antiquated and don't maximize technology and or current rules and regulations. Crowdfunding has changed how companies are conceived and funded.
